Delivery Information

We currently only ship within Canada.

If you need delivery in the United States, please contact us for more information.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout based on your address.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The service is for roadside delivery only. A roadside delivery service ensures that your item (s) are delivered to the side of the road or to an accessible location outside of your home. This service does not include: installation, assembly of items and / or removal of packaging materials or transportation to final destination.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders cannot be processed on weekends or holidays.

Our orders are shipped within 3-14 business days within Canada.

Instructions for receiving the goods:

As soon as the transport company arrives in your area, you will be notified of the preliminary delivery time.

By signing the acceptance certificate from the transport company, you confirm that the goods have been received with the whole package (without any damage).

If you notice any damage, the Delivery Driver must confirm the damage and sign it. We recommend that you refuse the delivery.

Please note that in the event of a refusal to ship for no apparent reason stated in the documents, we reserve the right to withhold shipping costs from your reimbursement.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in the denial of any claim or refund.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects found after unpacking. Photos of defects should be taken immediately upon unpacking when you first see them. All boxes and packing materials must be retained and used to re-package the product so that we can collect it.
