Warranty information

Tandoors Amfora Canada inc. provides the following warranty conditions for purchased products:

One (1) year for Tandoor, including all ceramic components.

One (1) year for all cast iron parts and metal accessories.

Thirty (30) days for other accessories.

 

The warranty does not cover:

- for breakdowns as a result of falling, improper storage, improper use;

- in case of improper use (including lighting the tandoor for the first time), modification or improper storage;

- on ceramic parts (top cover, cap and blower), as a result of their fall;

- on cast iron parts (rust) in case of improper storage;

- on the appearance, including fading or small (thread, spiderweb) cracks on the outside, which in no way affect the operations of the tandoor.
