We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have
30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
It is very important for a return to be made that the
item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original
packaging. You also need documents confirming the purchase of goods.
After 30 calendar days, we will not be able to make a
refund, exchange or return of an item.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and
all return shipping costs are the responsibility of. Initial shipping costs are
also non-refundable. When making a return, we recommend that you take out
shipping insurance and track shipping. If we do not receive the item you are
returning, we may not be able to continue processing your return or exchange.
We reserve the right to withhold a 3% credit card
service fee.

When the item you are returning has been delivered to
our warehouse and verified, we will send you an e-mail notification indicating
the processing time and refund period. Please note that the return is made
minus the cost of delivery and order processing. It may take several days to
process your return.
