Samsa in Tandoor:
Dough: 300 gr. flour, 100 ml. water, a teaspoon of salt.
After thorough mixing, the dough need to rest for 20-30 minutes. Covered the dough.
While the dough is resting, let's move on to the filling:
500 g fillet of beef or lamb, 2-3 medium onions, a small piece of fat, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, utskho suneli.
Meat and fat are cut into small cubes, onions are chopped, salt, pepper and spices are added to taste
The dough and filling are ready!!!
Cut the dough into small pieces, roll it out, add the filling, fold in the shape of triangles. Sprinkle a little of sesame seeds on top.
Begin to bake: In a
well-heated tandoor, stick the samsa to the walls, after sprinkling the samsa
with cold water on both sides outside of the Tandoor. Bake until golden brown.
